Abstract
The invention comprises a force simulator for use in testing overload devices of cranes. It consists of a bearing rail 9 and, parallel to this, a beam 10a which, via a distance element 10, is clamped firmly to the bearing rail. Both the bearing rail and the beam are provided with free-fit holes 12, 13 one directly above the other for a set bolt 11 which is coupled to the overload device, passes through the holes and, on the upper side of the beam, is provided with a nut 15. <IMAGE>
