Abstract

The invention relates to an arrangement for sealing off two tubular coupling parts between a submersible pump assembly and an outlet line. The outlet flange 1 of the pump assembly has on its front surface a circular groove 3, the bottom of which is connected via openings 4 to the pump outlet. Arranged in the groove 3 is an O-ring 6 which, when pump pressure builds up, is pressed to bear against the opposite flange 2 on the outlet line. <IMAGE>
