Abstract
A device for drying air by means of microwave energy is characterized in that the drying takes place in an easily exchangeable cartridge 5, with drying agent which is regenerated. The air is sucked through the cartridge. Several devices can be coupled together to form a larger arrangement. Only one suction fan 1 is needed for handling all the wet air, and one suction fan 5 is used for transporting regenerated moisture out from the arrangement. Individual valves on the same axle can be used for changing between drying and regenerating. Individual mobiles are used for spreading the microwave energy. <IMAGE>
