Abstract

Plants (10) intended to be fed into a greenhouse (35) are positioned close to one gable of the building on a transport mat (1) which can be pulled into the building in stages as the plants are placed upon it. When plants are removed from the greenhouse, the mat is drawn out of the greenhouse in stages as plants are loaded onto it.
