Abstract

The tool includes a motor (1) having a power supply cable (6) with a plug adapted to be plugged into a power supply on the vehicle. A hand grip (5) having a power supply switch (4) is mounted to a housing of the tool. A first slip joint (7) is provided for holding a support member. A high speed rotatable shaft (3) is connected by a pinion gear to a reduction gear train having a low speed rotatable shaft (3'). The free end of the shaft (3') is provided with a second slip joint (3") which is integral with the low speed shaft (3'). The free end of the low speed shaft (3') projects out of a housing (2') of the gear train (2). This arrangement enables a selected tool attachment to be operated using the power supply from the vehicle. The high speed shaft (3) also accepts tool attachments. Attachments used are a jack (8), a fan (13), a vacuum cleaner (14), a duster (9), a drill (10), a wrench (11) and a flashing light (12).
