Abstract

The invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation for intranasal use, which is characterised in that it contains norfenefrine or its pharmacologically acceptable salts as active ingredient in a concentration of 0.5-10 % by weight. The immediately acting formulation is particularly suitable for controlling hypotension, circulatory collapse and migraine-like states.
