Abstract

The invention relates to a fluidic system with measuring device, the fluid of which has high pressures of a number of hundred bar and/or varying pressures, which is provided with measuring lines, control lines and/or regulating lines which in each case are connected to measuring, control and/or regulating points of the system and are guided together to a collecting device. At least one volume flow measuring arrangement (4), which works according to the principle of the measuring diaphragm and which has a shut-off valve (14) with a measuring diaphragm (21) lying in a bypass (20), is integrated in the fluidic system and assigned to a test piece (7), pressure sensors (5, 6) being arranged on the inlet side and the outlet side of the measuring diaphragm (21). The volume flow measuring arrangement (4) used in the fluidic system has a housing (16) with an inlet and an outlet screw connection (17 and 18 respectively) and an operating flow duct (19) with a bypass (20), there being situated in the operating flow duct (19) an actuatable locking element of a shut-off valve (14) which in the working position in the operating flow duct (19) has a cross-section which is free or virtually free of pressure loss and in the measuring position closes hermetically the operating flow duct (19) of the volume flow measuring arrangement (4) so that the entire fluidics flow through the bypass (20) and a measuring diaphragm (21) arranged therein. The measuring diaphragm (21) lying in the bypass (20) of the volume flow measuring arrangement (4) is of exchangeable design. <IMAGE>
