Abstract

The invention relates to an apparatus for cooking food, in particular meat, in large-scale catering establishments. The object of the invention is to design a cooking apparatus such that all of the individual pieces situated in the cooking space are in each case cooked only until the optimum cooked state for the respective individual piece is reached and the cooking process is then stopped.
