Abstract

The fan (18) connected to the ventilating holes (16) on the one side of the house foundation (11a, 11b, 11c, 12) maintains a regulated air flow through the structure of the foundation. The fan drive is interrupted partly the input air temp. drops to a predetermined level, e.g. min. approximately +1 deg.C., and partly when the vapour content of the input air exceeds an acceptable level for the relative humidity in the top edge (20) of the foundation.
