Abstract

The blade parts (1,2) are connected pivotably to one another by an articulation at one end so that between them they may grip a piece of tart. They have cutting edges (7,8), and the first (1) blade part projections in front of the second part (2). The first blade part is formed on its side facing the second such part to receive the cutting edge (8) of the latter between a limiting surface (12), and a plane (P1) in which its own cutting edge (7) is located, which is parallel to its main plane (P2). The first blade part (2) has a sunken area (13) on its side facing the second blade part which accommodates the cutting edge (8) of the second blade part. On its side facing the second blade part, the first such part has a flat part (14) nearest to its cutting edge, and in the direction away from the cutting edge this flat part evolves into the sunken area (13).
