Abstract

The invention relates to a bearing device for a sun visor (1) for motor vehicles, which device comprises a bearing body (4) with a circular bearing surface (5) for a swivelling spindle (3) which can be pulled out of a continuous opening (6) in the bearing body (4). According to the invention, the swivelling spindle (3) has a non-circular cross-section so that the sun visor (1) can easily be pulled out of the bearing device when the narrowest part of the swivelling spindle (3) lies right in front of the opening (6) of the bearing body (4), whereas in all other positions the swivelling spindle (3) is mounted in the bearing body (4) without play. <IMAGE>
