Abstract

An arrangement for the common packing of windows 3, 4 or similar objects comprises lower 1 and upper 2 protection sections, between which the windows are placed edgeways. According to the invention, the protection sections 1, 2 have inserts 5 at their opposite ends which bear against the inner sides of the two outermost windows 3. The outer windows 3, together with the protection sections 1, 2, are tied to a rigid unit by means of tightening bands 7, in which the other windows 4 are separated by means of spacers 5 located on the protection sections 1, 2. Furthermore, these other windows 4 have some freedom of movement vertically thanks to the recesses 6 in the upper protection sections 2. <IMAGE>
