Abstract
In order to achieve an adjustment of the effective length of the upper mooring buoy bar part (17), the buoy bar is assembled from a first stationary component (19), which forms a lower section (15) and another component (20) which is vertically displaceable in the buoy body. This second component forms the upper buoy bar part. - The second bar component can at will be made to adopt one or the other of two different stable positions in relation to the buoy body (10) and the first bar component.
