Abstract

A compressed air supply device for compressed-air systems, particularly for pneumatic brake systems of motor vehicles, has an air drier (11) and a compressed air accumulator (15). The function of the air drier (11) is monitored by two electrical contacts which are disposed on the bottom (22) of the compressed air accumulator (15) and which are spaced apart such that they are conductively interconnectible by water of condensation precipitated on the bottom (22). The electrical contacts are disposed in the circuit (18) of an electrical indicating device (17) so as to close the said circuit (Figure 1) when bridged by water. <IMAGE>
