Abstract

The invention concerns an arrangement for compensation for temporary flow reduction in a flow system. The arrangement involves a body with an expandable cavity (5) with an inlet (6), which is designed to be attached to a flow generating unit, and an outlet (7), which is designed to be attached to a back pressure generating unit, which produces such a back pressure that the cavity (5) normally remains expanded during the uptake of a surplus volume of flow, whereby the surplus volume is meant to compensate for the temporary flow reduction. According to the invention, at least one of the cavity's (5) restraining surfaces consists of a membrane (1), which is flexibly mouldable against the back pressure.<IMAGE>
