Abstract

An ammunition unit (1) e.g. a robot is used, which incorporates a simulator sight (2). It is connected to a computer (3), and is supported on a frame (4). A film projection appts. is used which includes a projector (5) which can show both moving and still pictures. In the film appts. is incorporated a film sheet (6) on to which the films are projected. The projector is connected to the computer via an electronic box (7), the circuit of which matches the computer control signals to the projector operating signals. The film sheet is set up in relation to the projector and sight so that a target shown on the sheet may be picked up by the sight. When the ammunition unit fires, vibrations occurring in the firing ramp are transmitted to the film camera housing, and smoke developed by the unit drive component is also taken on to the film.
