Abstract
The invention relates to a lockable tank screw cap with an outer cap having a housing part (2), which comprises a lock cylinder (7) actuable by a key (8), and with a threaded part (3) which is rotatable in relation to the housing part (2). According to the invention, the tank cap is surrounded by a driver (10) which can be actuated movably by means of the key (8) by the lock cylinder (7) during the limiting movement of the latter, and a blocking shoulder (24) which, with the cap closed, is arranged so as to block the driver (10) in a first position in the housing part (2). Arranged furthermore is a spring member (11) which, under the effect of the lock cylinder (7) on the driver (104), the latter being brought out of the blocking position of the shoulder (24), displaces the driver in relation to the housing part into another position in engagement with the inside of the threaded part (3). The driver (10) is provided with a face (23) bevelled in the tightening direction of the cap and with a surface set transversely in the opening direction of the cap, the threaded part being provided on the inside with at least one bevelled surface (21) cooperating with the bevelled face (23) of the driver (104), and with a transversely set face (22) cooperating with the transversely set face of the driver (10).
