Abstract
Arrangement for constructing buildings, safes for valuables, money safes and boxes for operational computers or telephone switchboards. The arrangement is a unit consisting of an outer layer, thermal insulating material and an energy storing material constituting a phase converting system. The material is placed with the outer layers (4) as shown in Fig. 2 and the associated insulating material (11) is located in such a way as to form two air gaps (5). Through these can be conducted a heat-bearing medium such as air with a view to cooling or heating air while utilising the energy storage characteristics of the phase converting material (6).
