Abstract

The piston and cylinder arrangement has the piston connected to its connecting rod by a thread union, enabling the two to be locked together. To facilitate such locking, the connecting rod (1) end part which the piston (3) encompasses has one or more peripheral tracks or recesses. - The piston, at its end opposite to the connecting rod, has a lock flange (13) which extends over at least one of the tracks or recesses in the connecting rod, and folds into one of them.(1,2)
