Abstract

Device for filling material in the form of powder in a first container. The device is designed to employ a suction unit (6) to suck the powder material from a supply container to said first container via an outlet component, which is designed for connection to a filler orifice in the first container. The outlet component (2) has a closure mechanism (40) that consists of a closure device (41) that strives to assume its closed position. A connecting piece (31) can be shifted between a front position and a rear position. This connecting piece (2) is joined to the closure device (41) and is designed to shift from its front position to its rear position when pressed against said filler orifice.
