Abstract

The heat exchanger comprises a series of relatively thin plates (1) arranged on a rotatable shaft, narrowly spaced apart. In an output/input air channel, rotation takes place in the input air port via a curtain (3) of rods which pass in the spaces between the plates. The curtain acts partly as a dust scraper, and partly as a separating wall between the output and input air parts. The curtain is articulated so that the plate area in the output air part can be increased in the same measure as its area in the input air part is reduced, and vice versa.
