Abstract
A heating device in the form of an electrical resistance element in the form of at least one metal-foil loop which is fitted between two electrically insulating covering films. The covering film and the metal-foil loop form a loop element (4) which is loosely enclosed between two resistant flexible material layers (5, 6). The latter are joined together (7a, 7b), preferably by welding, on the entire loop element (4) and along its two edges. <IMAGE>
