Abstract

Blasting system for igniting groups of explosive charges in group sequence. The charges in each group are connected by means of network units 10 so that they form a network and the networks are connected by means of transmission units 18. Each network unit 10 comprises a length of blasting fuse 12 which at one end has a powerful detonator and a delay element 14, and at the other end has an instantaneously transmitting connector 16 with an instantaneous weak transmission detector. Each transmission unit 18 comprises a length of blasting fuse 20 with a delaying transmission connector 22 at one end. The delaying transmission connector 22 comprises a weak transmission detonator and a delay element. The connectors 16, 22 have a fastening duct 16.2, 22.2 which can be secured around at least one blasting fuse 12, 20. <IMAGE>
