Abstract

The clock has a first start signal generated at a specific time before the start of the race and a further signal given at a shorter time before start. It comprises a time indicator with a pulse generator producing a predetermined number of electric pulses per time unit. Also incorporated is a digital numerical presentation unit presenting the time period until start. An operating control with selectors for choice between a first adjustment for the primary longer time interval between starts, and a second adjustment for the shorter time interval. Also available are two return adjustment controls which respectively carry out count-down operations in the long and short time intervals. (Provisional Basic advised Week K09).
