The task forming the basis of the present invention is to realize an apparatus for influencing the hydrodynamic system in the inner of an ear for influencing the endolymph by the intermediary of the perilymphatic fluid. This task is solved in that the apparatus is provided with first means for generating a static pressure level, second means for varying the static pressure level and third means for interconnecting the first and second means with the auditory meatus.
