Abstract

A loudspeaker holding device wherein a horizontal shaft (S2) is mounted on a top of an upright shaft (S1) standing on the base portion (A) to form a T-shape structure. The horizontal shaft (S2) is rotatable in a horizontal direction around the upright shaft, and a speaker box (SP.B) is pivotally connected, at one side end thereof, to the horizontal shaft. <IMAGE>
