Abstract

The invention relates to a floor or wall heating panel and a system embodying the same, which, by the use of a one-piece copper pipe (2) of about 6 mm external diameter interposed between respective pairs of overlapping panel section having cooperating grooves (7) therein, permits of the heating arrangement having an overall thickness of 12 mm, which does not result in any manner of disturbance, even in subsequent installation in old residential property. <IMAGE>
