Advancements include the provision of a conduit (1) through which the water flow courses; continually working components (2, 3) in the conduit that detect the existence and level of properties, constituents, or substances; the conduit being equipped with vents (5, 6, 7) or the like that can open to the separated receptacle locations; a pre-programmable control unit (4) connected to the detection components (2, 3); and the control unit using data obtained from the detection components to control the valves (5, 6, 7) and direct water with specific constituents or properties to the receptacle location intended for such.<IMAGE>
