Abstract

The invention concerns a valve with a leakage control with two valve heads (2, 3) that are independent of and relative to each other. The one valve head (2) comes into contact with the other valve head (3) when the valve is opened after a set distance building a cavity (15) with this from which a waste pipe (16) ends in the open air. The objective of the invention is to obtain a relatively simple and safe cleaning of the said valves so that microbiological cleaning of all parts affected by fluids, consequently even the valve seats not facing the cavities, can be guaranteed. It should be possible to carry out a mutual cleaning of both the valve seats and cavities during the entire process. This objective is satisfied by a) the first valve head (2) being joined to an adjusting device (2') that resets the first head to come into contact with the other head (3) and the both heads to an open position for the valve, b) in addition, the first valve (2) is connected to the other adjusting device (21), which resets the head to the other open position without it coming into contact with the other head (3), where a passage is formed past the first head (2) through the cavity (15) to the waste pipe (16), and c) the other head (3) can be actuated by and independent adjusting device (14) which acts against the head's closing spring (11) and resets the head to such an open position that the outlet area past the head is less than the cross-sectional area.
