Abstract

A stand for bicycles and similar two-wheeled vehicles is in the form of a container which can be filled with dense material at the position where the stand is to be located. The container has a top surface 2, a groove 6 in the top surface and side walls 4. In one embodiment, the bottom is left open and the container is turned upside down so that, for example concrete can be cast into the cavity thus formed. In another embodiment an enclosed cavity is formed below the top surface and a fluid material is poured in. The product is therefore light and easy to transport, but possesses the required stability in use. <IMAGE>
