APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING PLASTIC MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION IN MANUFACTURE OF BIAXIALLY ORIENTED PLASTIC CONTAINERS An apparatus which allows for uniform stretch rate and careful temperature control in the production of biaxially oriented plastic containers having uniform wall thickness and good clarity.
