Förfarande för framställning av ett bundet luftlagt ämne (10), varvid nämnda förfarande innefattar: bringande i kontakt (S22) av naturfibrer med en lösning innefattande en polyvinylalkohol (PVOH) för att bilda PVOH-behandlade naturfibrer, införande (S1) av nämnda PVOH-behandlade naturfibrer och ett polymert bindemedel i ett formeringshuvud (110); uppsamling (S2) av nämnda PVOH-behandlade naturfibrer och nämnda polymera bindemedel som en obunden luftlagd bana (20) på en transportör (120) anordnad i anslutning till ett utlopp (113) hos nämnda formeringshuvud (110), samt uppvärmning (S3) av nämnda obundna luftlagda bana (20) för att åtminstone delvis smälta nämnda polymera bindemedel och binda nämnda PVOH-behandlade naturfibrer för att bilda ett bundet luftlagt ämne (10).
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, varvid bringande i kontakt (S22) av nämnda naturfibrer innefattar sprayning (S22) av nämnda lösning innefattande nämnda PVOH på nämnda naturfibrer.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, dessutom innefattande: transport (S20) av nämnda naturfibrer med en luftström i en rörledning (170) till nämnda formeringshuvud (110), varvid sprayning (S22) av nämnda lösning innefattar sprayning (S22) av nämnda lösning innefattande nämnda PVOH i en strömningsriktning hos nämnda luftström.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 3, dessutom innefattande framkallande (S21) av lokal turbulens i nämnda luftström i ett avsnitt (172) avsnitt av nämnda rörledning (170), i vilket nämnda lösning innefattande nämnda PVOH sprayas på nämnda naturfibrer.
5. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1 till 4, dessutom innefattande blandning (S23) av nämnda PVOH-behandlade naturfibrer och nämnda polymera bindemedel, varvid införande (S1) av nämnda PVOH-behandlade naturfibrer och nämnda polymera bindemedel innefattar införande (S1) av en blandning av nämnda PVOH-behandlade naturfibrer och nämnda polymera bindemedel i nämnda formeringshuvud (110).
6. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1 till 5, varvid nämnda lösning är en vattenlösning av nämnda PVOH.
7. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1 till 6, varvid nämnda lösning innefattar nämnda PVOH i en koncentration vald inom ett intervall från 0,1 upp till 5 vikt-% av nämnda lösning, företrädesvis vald inom ett intervall från 0,5 upp till 5 vikt-% av nämnda lösning.
8. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1 till 7, varvid nämnda PVOH-behandlade naturfibrer innefattar nämnda PVOH i en mängd vald inom ett intervall från 0,5 upp till 5 vikt-% av en torrvikt hos nämnda naturfibrer, företrädesvis vald inom ett intervall från 1 upp till 5 % av nämnda torrvikt hos nämnda naturfibrer.
9. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1 till 8, varvid nämnda naturfibrer innefattar vedfibrer, företrädesvis cellulosa- och/eller lignocellulosafibrer och mera föredraget fibrer av cellulosa- och/eller lignocellulosamassa framställd genom kemisk, mekanisk och/eller kemi-mekanisk massaframställning från barrved och/eller lövved.
10. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 9, varvid nämnda naturfibrer är fibrer av cellulosa- och/eller lignocellulosamassa i en form vald från gruppen bestående av sulfatmassa, sulfitmassa, termomekanisk massa (TMP), högtemperatur-termomekanisk massa (HTMP), mekanisk fiber avsedd för fiberskivor med medelhög densitet (MDF-fiber), kemi-termomekanisk massa (CTMP), högtemperatur-kemitermomekanisk massa (HTCTMP), samt en kombination därav.
11. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 9 eller 10, varvid nämnda naturfibrer är fibrer av blekt cellulosaoch/eller lignocellulosamassa, fibrer av oblekt cellulosa- och/eller lignocellulosamassa, eller en kombination av fibrer av blekt cellulosa- och/eller lignocellulosamassa och fibrer av oblekt cellulosaoch/eller lignocellulosamassa.
12. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1 till 11, varvid nämnda polymera bindemedel är valt från gruppen bestående av ett polymerpulver, polymerfibrer och en kombination därav, företrädesvis valt från gruppen bestående av ett termoplastiskt polymerpulver, termoplastiska polymerfibrer och en kombination därav, samt mera föredraget termoplastiska polymerfibrer.
13. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 12, varvid nämnda termoplastiska polymerfibrer är valda från gruppen bestående av monokomponentfibrer av termoplastisk polymer, bikomponentfibrer av termoplastiska polymerer och en blandning därav, företrädesvis bikomponentfibrer av termoplastiska polymerer.
14. Förfarande enligt något av patentkraven 1 till 13, varvid nämnda polymera bindemedel ärframställt av i) ett material valt från gruppen bestående av (PVOH), termoplastisk stärkelse (TPS), polyeten (PE), etenakrylsyrasampolymer (EAA), etenvinylacetat (EVA), polypropen (PP), polystyren (PS), polybutenadipattereftalat (PBAT), polybutensuccinat (PBS), polymjölksyra (PLA), polyetentereftalat (PET), polykaprolakton (PCL), polyetenglykol (PEG), poly(2-etyl-2-oxazolin) (PEOX), polyvinyleter (PVE), polyvinylpyrrolidon (PVP), polyakrylsyra (PAA), polymetakrylsyra (PMAA), polyvinylacetat (PVAc), polyuretan (PU), sampolymerer därav och blandningar därav, samt ii) valfritt ett eller flera tillsatsmedel.
