Claims (10)
1. En apparat för kontinuerlig beläggning av matbitar som omfattar: en första del som består av en vibrerande matningstransportör (101) med en uppströms (105)och en nedströms (106) ände; en öppen uppvärrnningskavitet(110) med värrnekällor(305) för uppvärmning av matbitar (103) som transporteras genom kaviteten utav denvibrerande matningstransportören (101); en andra del (115) placerad i nedströms anden av den första transportören(113) sombestår av ett höghastighetstransportband (111) med ett uppströms (112) och nedströmsande (113); sprutor (515 519) placerade längre nedströms änden av den snabbatransportören (113), ordnade på ett sådant sätt att de kan spruta beläggning (611,617) på luftburna och glidande matbitar.
2. En apparat i enlighet med krav 1 där värmekällan (305) består av en fläkt (301) ett värmeelement (302) som kan värma gas och där gasen blåses på matbitama (103).
3. En apparat i enlighet med krav 1 där värmekällan består av en infraröd radiator (302).

En metod för beläggning av matbitar som består av a) I ett första steg förflytta matbitar (103) på en matningstransportör (101) från en första uppströms ände (105) till en andra öppen nedströms ände (106) b) I ett andra steg transportera matbitarna på en snabb transportör (111) från en förstauppströms ände (112) till en nedströmsände (113) i en sådan hastighet att matbitamablir luftburna och glidande från transportörens ände (113) och spruta matbitarna (103) med beläggning (611,617) medan de är luftburna och glidande.
6. En metod i enlighet med krav 5 a) som vidare innefattar att matbitarna (103) transporteras av matningstransportören (101) genom en värme kavitet (110) där värme överförs till matbitarna.
