Method (300) and control arrangement (130), for providing information to a vehicle carried device (120), upon request, from a data source (140a, 140b, 140c). The method (300) comprises receiving (301) a request for information, associated with a constraint in geographical position or time, from the vehicle carried device (120); categorising (302) the requested information; determining (303) a set of data sources (140a, 140b, 140c), associated with the category (302) of requested information; selecting (304) one data source (140a, 140b, 140c), out of the determined (303) set of data sources (140a, 140b, 140c), based on previous data correctness of the requested information category, associated with the constraint; providing (305) the requested information from the selected (304) data source (140a, 140b, 140c) to the vehicle carried device (120).
