Claims (10)

PATENKRAV
1. Metod att producera en biobränsleblandning med låg askhalt vilkeninnefattar talloljebeck (TOP), lignin, och fakultativa additiv, där nämnda metodkännetecknas av följande steg: - tillhandhålla en ström med TOP; - värrnebehandla strömmen med TOP i närvaro av vatten eller ånga och renaupp strömmen med TOP för att erhålla upprenat TOP med en askhalt under 0,1 % ochsänkt viskositet; - tillhandhålla en ström med organosolvlignin, hydrolytiskt lignin, ellerupprenat kraftlignin, där nämnda lignin har en askhalt under 0,1 %, där ligninet harrenats upp med endera av syraraffinering med en syra, lösningsmedelsextraktion ochupplösning i lösningsmedel för att avlägsna aska från ligninet till en nivå under 0,1 %; - blanda det upprenade lignin och upprenat TOP med sänkt viskositet i enreaktor; där andelen lignin till TOP är från 10 % lignin upp till 90 % lignin relativt TOP;och - ta ut en pumpbar och homogen biobränsleblandning med lågt askhalt som innefattar TOP och lignin från reaktom.
2. Metoden i enlighet med krav 1, där TOP har renats upp med endera avsyraraffinering med en syra följt av avlägsnande av den sura fasen från TOPf1nmaskf1ltrering, centrifugering, lösningsmedelsraffinering och destillering för attavlägsna aska från TOP till en nivå under 0,1 viktprocent, företrädesvis till en halt under 0,01 viktprocent.
3. Metoden i enlighet med krav 1 och 2, där ligninet har renats upp med enderaav syraraffinering med en syra, lösningsmedelsextraktion eller upplösning i lösningsmedel för att avlägsna aska från ligninet till en halt under 0,01 viktprocent.
4. Metoden i enlighet med något av de föregående kraven, där en eller flera tillsatser tillsätts för att finnas i biobränsleblandningen, där en sådan tillsats är en surfaktant och/eller en polyelektrolyt; och/eller där Vatten tillsätts till biobränsleblandningen.
5. Metoden i enlighet med något av de föregående kraven, där ettlösningsmedel i biobränsleblandningen är metanol, etanol, terpentin, avsaltad rå talloljamed lågt syratal, aceton, eller en blandning av fossila råmaterial; där lösningsmedlet företrädesvis är etanol, metanol, vakumgasolj a, aceton eller tallolj a med lågt syratal.
6. Metoden i enlighet med något av de föregående kraven, där det upprenadeligninet löses upp i ett organiskt lösningsmedel före det att det blandas med detupprenade TOP och en surfaktant, där blandningen fakultativt följs av indunstningen av det organiska lösningsmedlet genom upphettning.
7. Metoden i enlighet med något av de föregående kraven, där steget att ta uten pumpbar och homogen biobränsleblandning med lågt askeinnehåll, vilken innefattarTOP och lignin, från reaktom innefattar att ta ut den pumpbara och homogenabiobränsleblandning med låg askhalt i form av ett slam med lignin dispergerat på molekylämivå stabiliserat av en surfaktant.
8. Metoden i enlighet med något av de föregående kraven, där metoden vidareinnefattar ett steg om att separera fettsyror, och/eller hartssyror, och/eller sådant sominte kan saponifieras, och/eller deras derivat i TOP, vilka har en medelmolekylvikt lägreän 350 g/mol, från TOP genom fraktionering, före det att man blandar återstående TOPmed det upprenande ligninet, där man använder återstående TOP som blandningsråmaterial till ligninet.
9. Användningen av biobränsleblandningen framställd enligt med något avkraven 1-8 som fömybart råmaterial i petroleumraffinaderi, som biobränsle för kraft-och/eller värrnegenerering, som bränsle till en mesaugn eller till en ugn förj ämmalmsbearbetning eller som råmaterial vid framställning av fin-kemikalier eller kolfiber.
10. Användning enligt krav 9, där biobränsleblandningen används som bränsle till en niesaugn eller till en ugn för j ärnnialnisbearbetning.
