The spring 28 is conical to be able to become very compact as it is completely compressed at low pressure levels in the compartment 20b. The spring 28 is formally guided relative to the housing 10 and the disc-shaped element 26 530 391 partly in that its smaller end is placed around a tubular neck portion 29 on the housing wall and partly in that its larger end is included in an annular groove 30 in the disc-shaped element 26. This provides good control of the disc-shaped element 26 relative to the diaphragm 21 and the housing 10.
