Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for continuous knife-peeling of root vegetables. According to the invention, the device comprises an elongate trough having two long sides and a bottom. One long side of the trough partly contains rotatable discs (8), which are successively arranged in a row in the longitudinal direction of the trough and which are each provided with at least one knife (9).
