Description

502 117 Falu rödfärg) eller kvistmjöl, och borföreningen av Dinatriumoktaborat (Na2B8013,4 H20) och monoetylenglykol (CH ZOH - CQLZOH), samt alkydalkooxysilane. Ett dylikt sätt medför ett ur miljö- och hälsosynpunkt oskadligt skydd, vilket även är làngvarigt och lätt utförbart. Skyddet är effektivt mot svamp (fungicid) och insekter (insektid). Som transportmedel av bor utnyttjas fukt, s.k. diffusion, för att sprida borföreningar i sàväl kärna som splintved.
Utföringsexempelz Borföreningen kan utgöras av följande: Dinatriumoktaborat (Na2B8O13, 4H¿0) Monoetylenglykol (CHZOH-CHZOH) i kombination med alkyd- alkosilane.
Med denna blandning som bas kan följande behandlingsblandning tillskapas.: Borförening (se ovan) för behandling av furuträ utblandas med till fint pulver nedmalen färsk kvist, vilken blandning belägges pà furuvirke.
För behandling av andra virkessorter användes mjöl av färsk kvist från dylikt trä. Borföreningen drar med sig träskyddsmedlet (trämjölet) in i trät. Kvistpulvret motverkar urlakning. Som ett annat exempel kan nämnas trätjära som ett komplett yt- och rötskydd för lämpliga trädetaljer, blandat med lämplig borförening, exempelvis enligt ovan. Blandnings- förhållandet borföreningzträskydd bör vara mellan 1:10 och 1:15. Detta gäller även de andra sammansättningarna. 502 117 Alternativt kan träskyddsdelen utgöras av linolja eller s.k. slamfärg (typ äkta Falu rödfärg).
Dessutom tillföres alkydalkooxysilane.
Eventuellt kan trämjölsblandningen enligt ovan blandas med olika färgtyper. Denna blandning kan användas pá sågverk som ersättning för tryckimpregnering, och kan användas som kurativt och selektivt behandlingsmedel mot mögel, rötan- grepp och bakterieangrepp.
Man kan istället för en viss borförening använda en blandning av flera olika, liksom även träskyddet, och sättet enligt ovan kan varieras pä màngahanda sätt inom ramen för nedanstående patentkrav.

1. 502117 q' B A I E H I K B. å- L l.Förfaringssâtt för träskydd, där föremàl av trä behandlas med en blandning av en borförening och ett organiskt träskyddsmedel, k ä n n e t e c k n a t d ä r a v, att träskyddsmedlet består av trätjära eller linolja eller slamfärg (typ Falu rödfärg) eller kvistmjöl, och borföreningen av Dinatriumoktaborat (Na2B8Ol3 , 4 XàO) och monoetylenglykol (CHZOH-CHZOH) samt alkydalkooxysilane.
2.Förfaringssätt enligt patentkrav l, k ä n n e t e c k- n a t d å r a v, att blandningsförhàllandet borförening: :träskyddsmedel väljes mellan 1:10 och l:l5.
