Abstract

The scoop incorporates a movable grip bottom and at least three walls. Within the walls is fitted a rotatable ripping device which comprises several components (6,7,8,9) extending radially from a drive shaft (5), whose outer ends are broadened to at most half the distance between two opposing scoop walls (3,4). All are inclined in different directions relatively to the shaft. Axially separate but adjacently located components (7,8) are inclined in opposite directions and have a peripheral spacing which forms axially directed gaps between the component ends. Together the components on the shaft can come into contact with the whole width of the grid bottom (12) between the opposite scoop walls when the shaft revolves.

Description

501 818 2 The tear device consists of radial elements 6, 7, 8, 9, which on opposite sides emanate from the hub on the shaft 5 and are fixedly connected thereto. At their outer ends, which are all at the same distance from the center of the shaft, the elements are sharply widened and inclined to form scrapers against the grid bottom 12. The elements 7 and 9 are at the elements 6 and 8 900 angularly offset about the shaft 5, so that between the ends are formed peripheral distances. This means that there are axially directed gaps between the element ends, despite the fact that the elements by width and number jointly wipe the entire grid bottom under a rotation of the shaft 5. In order to allow the gaps in question a symmetrical placement within the bucket, the element ends have a maximum width correspond to half the distance between the bucket walls 3, 4, or part thereof.

Riktningen är i Fig. l visad med en pil vid väggen 4.The inclination of the element ends relative to the shaft 5 is approx. 100 and with respect to the elements 7, 8 mutually opposite, while the elements 6 and 9 have their ends inclined so that with the walls 3 resp. 4 form pointed angles pointing in the intended direction of movement. The direction is shown in Fig. 1 with an arrow at the wall 4.

According to Fig. 2, the tear device comprises eight elements, the free ends of which are widened to form two helical wipers 21, 22 and a gap 23 between them. The screw shape has a right-hand pitch for one wiper, a left-hand pitch for the other and thus forms acute angles with the bucket walls 3, 4 in the direction of movement shown by the arrow.

Bottnen 1 hàlles därvid stängd och rivanordningen i rotation av kolven 17 resp. motorn 10.The mode of action is as follows. When the bucket is mounted on an excavator, wheel loader or the like, it can be filled in a known manner with working material to be disassembled and sieved. The bottom 1 is then kept closed and the shredding device in rotation of the piston 17 resp. the engine 10.

With the bucket turned to a place where the finer-grained part of the material is to be laid, the bottom 1 is opened. The material that has already passed through the grid bottom 12 then falls out immediately. The residue is processed and sieved quickly by the grid and the element ends ironing over it, which, due to their inclination, transport the material partly towards the middle of the bucket, partly forward and eat in the shaft direction through the gaps between the elements. The shaking movement that the eccentric 16 via the arm 15 gives the grid bottom also contributes to the process. In addition to working quickly, the device has the advantage of requiring less force than those known for the purpose.
