Abstract

Arrangement for positioning a bore crown 1 in a positioning plane 2. A bore rig 3 is provided with two video cameras 9 for detecting the position of a light source 8 next to the bore crown. The video cameras are oriented in parallel. The viewing fields of the video cameras are offset in relation to each other in such a way that the light source gives two points 20, 21 on a monitor 10 common to the two cameras if the light source is situated outside the positioning plane, and one point 11 if the light source is situated in the positioning plane. <IMAGE>

Description

Vid återgivningen av bíldfålten från de två videokamerorna förskjuts bildfälten relativt varandra på elektronisk våg så att en given punkt i positioneringsplanet 2 avbildas på monitorns 10 skärm som en enda punkt av de två videokamerorna. Detta medför att markeringen 8 ger upphov till tvâ punkter 20,21 på monitoren om markeringen 8 ej befinner sig i positioneringsplanet 2 och en punkt när markeringen befinner sig i positioneringsplanet. För att positionera borrkronan 1 rätt i förhållande till borrplanen 17 manövreras hydraulcylindrarna 12,13 och 15 så att de tvâ punkterna 20,21 fås att sammanfalla i en punkt ll som skall sammanfalla med ett borrhálsläge 19. När så har skett befinner sig markeringen 8 med stor noggrannhet i rätt läge i positioneringsplanet 2. This means that the marking 8 gives rise to two points 20, 21 on the monitor if the marking 8 is not in the positioning plane 2 and one point when the marking is in the positioning plane. To position the drill bit 1 correctly in relation to the drilling plane 17, the hydraulic cylinders 12, 13 and 15 are operated so that the two points 20, 21 are made to coincide in a point 11 which is to coincide with a borehole position 19. When this has been done, the marking 8 is located with great accuracy in the correct position in the positioning plane 2. The drilling plane 17 is slightly corrected in relation to the desired borehole pattern to take into account that the position of the marking 8 does not correspond to the position of the drill bit. In order to get the drill string 7 in the right direction for the drilling, angle sensors in the joints between the carrier 3 and the feed beam 5 are suitably used.
