Description
449 455 Som inledningsvis nämndes utgör en roterande sågkedja efter start av motorn en olycksrisk. Den extra utlösníngsanordningen som omtalas består enligt fig. 1 och 2 av Bowdenkabeln 23, hävstången 24 och en med denna samverkande avtryckar-stång 32 på bygeln 13. I driftsläge enligt fig.l är nedre änden av hävstången, försedd med en vínkelböj 33, införd i ett spår 34 på avtryckarstången. Änden av denna befinner sig då i låsläge mot dubbelarmen 29, så att bromsen hålls i frånläge. Som förut omtalats svängs hävstången 24 kring sin axel 25 då en dragkraft uppstår i kabeln (vid svängning av spärren 20) och svängningen medför att vinkelböjen 33 glider upp på den sluttande spårkanten 35 och därmed tvingar avtryckarstången 32 till svängning uppåt med bygelns axel 27 som svängningspunkt. Den läsande kontakten mellan dubbelarmen 29 och avtryckarstången upphör därmed, och ett läge enligt fig. 2 inträffar, d.v.s. fjädern 28 svänger dubbelarmen och drar åt bromsbandet 30- kring trumman-31. I detta läge är sågkedjan låst, samtidigt som fingerreglaget 14 av spärren 20 hålls i startgasläge enligt fig. 2. När motorn kommit igång trycker föraren fingerreglaget ännu en bit inåt och kontakten mellan spärrens nedre ände och armen 17 upphör, varvid fjädern 26 åter- ställer spärren 20 och hävstängen 24 i lägen enligt fig. 1. Bromsen lossas därefter genom en kort svängning bakåt av bygeln 13, varvid en hake 36 på avtryckarstången svänger dubbelarmen 29 tillbaka i läge enligt fig. 1. 449 455 As mentioned at the outset, a rotating saw chain after starting the engine poses an accident risk. The end of this is then in the locked position against the double arm 29, so that the brake is kept in the off position. As previously mentioned, the lever 24 pivots about its axis 25 when a pulling force occurs in the cable (when pivoting the latch 20) and the pivoting causes the angular bend 33 to slide up on the sloping groove edge 35 and thus forces the trigger rod 32 to pivot upwards with the shackle shaft 27 as pivot point . The reading contact between the double arm 29 and the trigger rod thus ceases, and a position according to Fig. 2 occurs, i.e. the spring 28 swings the double arm and tightens the brake band 30- around the drum-31. In this position the saw chain is locked, while the finger control 14 of the latch 20 is kept in the starting throttle position according to Fig. 2. When the engine has started, the driver pushes the finger control a little further inwards and the contact between the lower end of the latch and the arm 17 ceases. the latch 20 and the lever 24 in positions according to Fig. 1. The brake is then released by a short swing backwards by the yoke 13, whereby a hook 36 on the trigger rod swings the double arm 29 back in position according to Fig. 1.
