Fig. 1a is a schematic side view of a first embodiment of the wall clamp according to the invention, Fig. 1b shows a cross section through the wall clamp according to Fig. 1 taken along the line II in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of the wall clamp according to the invention. Fig. 3 shows an alternative design of the fastening sleeve, Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the percussion device according to the invention, and Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing a wall bracket fixed in a concrete wall and walled in in a facade brick wall.
Figs. 1a and 1b show a first embodiment of the masonry frame 1 according to the invention which consists of a first part 2 which is intended to be fixed in a concrete wall or a second part 3 which is intended to be walled in a wall of for example facade bricks and which for better bonding in the wall joint is designed with a zigzag shape. Preferably, the wall bracket has a diameter of the order of 5 mm. The outer free end of the first part 2 is sprained so that it has the shape of a truncated cone 4 with the base facing outwards from the staple. As can be seen from Fig. 1a, a fastening sleeve 6 is arranged around the wall bracket at the first part 2 thereof. The mounting sleeve 6 is designed slightly conical in such a way that it has a similar cross-sectional diameter in the direction of the outer free end 5 of the first part 2 and is suitably completely cylindrical, i.e. with an unbroken peripheral surface so that it is mounted on the wall bracket from the outer end of the the second part thereof.
However, it is also possible for the fastening sleeve to be bent around the wall bracket and thus have a longitudinal slot. The fastening sleeve is suitably made of stainless steel and expands in such a way that it can be beaten over the truncated cone 4 »by means of a percussion device, which will be described in more detail below.
The embodiment of the wall bracket shown in Figs. 1a and 1b has a limited area of use because the vertical position of the second part 3 to be walled in the façade brick wall cannot be adjusted after the first part 2 with the fastening sleeve 6 has been inserted into a hole received in the concrete wall. Fig. 2, however, shows a second embodiment of the wall circuit according to the invention by means of which the vertical position of the second part 3 can be easily adjusted. The embodiment shown in Fig. 2 completely corresponds to the first embodiment except that the first and second parts 2 and 3 of the wall bracket are displaced from each other and connected by means of a web 7. The first and second parts 2 and 3 are parallel to each other the wall cranial according to this embodiment thus has the shape of a crank whereby the second part 3, which is to be walled in the facade brick wall after the first part 2 and the fastening sleeve 6 has been inserted into a hole in the concrete wall but before the fastening sleeve is fastened over the truncated cone 4 for adjusting its vertical position so that the part 3 comes to rest in the correct place between two successive bricks in the facade wall. The fastening of the wall bracket according to the invention is done in the following way (see Fig. 5). When the concrete wall 8 has been cast and the molds have been removed, the desired number of fastening holes 9 are drilled up in the concrete wall. With the embodiment of the wall bracket shown in Figs. 1a and 1b, the mounting holes must be drilled after which the facade brick wall 13 is walled up to ensure that the mounting hole and thus the wall bracket come into the correct vertical position between subsequent facade bricks. mounting holes 9 are drilled from the beginning because the crank-like shape enables an adjustment of the vertical position of the other part. When the mounting holes 9 have been drilled, the relevant wall bracket with its first axis 2 is inserted into the mounting hole 9, the base of the truncated cone 4 coming to lie against the bottom of the mounting hole 9, or as can be seen from Fig. 5 the mounting sleeve 6 is also completely or partially inside the mounting hole 9. by means of a hammer 10 (Fig. 4) the fastening sleeve 6 is opened over the truncated cone 4 and thus expands so that it is pressed against the wall of the fastening hole 9 and locks the wall bracket in the concrete wall and in the embodiment according to Fig. 2 this fastening takes place after the second part to the desired vertical position. As can be seen from Fig. 5, a washer 15 is also applied to the wall bracket to hold any insulation 16 against the concrete wall.
The percussion device 10 has substantially the shape of a cylindrical rod in which a longitudinal groove 11 is received, which groove 11 has a width which at least corresponds to the diameter of the wall bracket. When fastening, the wall bracket is thus inserted into the groove 11 and the percussion device 10 is placed so that one end of it rests against the outwardly facing end 12 of the fastening sleeve 6. Now that the first end 2 of the wall bracket 1 has been secured in concrete wall 8, In order to further facilitate the adjustment of the position of the second part 3 in the embodiment according to Fig. 2, a fastening sleeve 14 with an alternative appearance can be arranged on the wall crane 1. One alternative fastening sleeve 14 has a partially elliptical shape seen from the side (Fig. 3). so that its cross-sectional diameter gradually extends towards the center from its respective ends. The advantage of this embodiment is that when the fastening sleeve 14 is pressed against the truncated cone 4 by means of the percussion device 10, the fastening sleeve is deformed so that its middle part, with the largest cross-section the diameter expands outwards against the wall of the mounting hole 9 and locks the mounting sleeve in the mounting hole 9. In this way, the wall bracket can be rotated even after the attachment in the heton wall 8 so that they n the vertical position of the second part 3 can be adjusted and this further facilitates, for example by all nur staples can be attached to the concrete wall before the façade brick wall 13 begins to be masonry. For both the embodiment according to Fig. 2 and also the alternative according to Fig. 3, the fastening sleeves 6, 14 are either made with an unbroken peripheral surface and thus applied to the wall clamp before it is chopped into the crank mold or that they are bent in place around the first part 2 of the clamp. ooh thus exhibits a longitudinal slit. Although unsuitable embodiments of the invention have been described and shown herein, it should be apparent to one skilled in the art that a number of modifications and changes may be made therein without departing from the spirit of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.
