Claims (11)
1. 1. Påstickskoppling (1) för sammankoppling av cylindriska rör, varvid påstickskopplingen (1) innefattar: en kropp (2), anordnad med en kavitet (3) vilken sträcker sig genom kroppen (2) mellan en första ände (1a) och åtminstone en andra ände (1b) av kopplingen (1), varvid åtminstone den första änden (1a) av kopplingen (1) är anordnad att mottaga en ände av ett cylindriskt rör, varvid kaviteten (3) innefattar en första cylindrisk del (3a) anordnad distalt från den första änden (1a) av kopplingen (1 ), vilken första del (3a) har en första innerdiameter (da) vilken är mindre än en ytterdiameter av ett rör vilket ska sättas in i den första änden (1a) av kopplingen (1), den första delen (3a) av kaviteten (3) följs i riktning mot den första änden (1a) av kopplingen (1) av en cylindrisk andra del (3b) med en andra innerdiameter (db) vilken är större än den första innerdiametern (da) och vilken huvudsakligen motsvarar en ytterdiameter hos ett rör vilket ska sättas in i den första änden (1a) av kopplingen (1 ), den andra delen (3b) följs av en cylindrisk tredje del (3c) med en tredje innerdiameter (dc) vilken är större än den andra innerdiametern (db), den tredje delen (3c) följs av en avsmalnande fjärde del (3d), vilken smalnar av radiellt inåt i riktning mot den första änden (1a) av kopplingen (1) och slutar i en halsdel (4), vilken har en fjärde innerdiameter (d4) vilken är mindre än den tredje innerdiametern (dc) hos den tredje delen (3c), halsdelen (4) följs av en lutande femte del (3e) vilken vidgas radiellt utåt i riktning mot den första änden (1a) av kopplingen (1), en låshylsa (5) vilken är axiellt rörligt och vridbart anordnad vid den första änden (1a) a kopplingen (1), varvid låshylsan (5) innefattar en yttre krage (5a) och ett omkretsparti (5b), från vilket ett antal flexibla armar (5c) sträcker sig in i kaviteten (3), varvid varje flexibel arm (5c) avslutas med en radiellt inåt sluttande greppdel (5d) och änden av varje arm (5c) innefattar vidare en tjock änddel anordnad mittemot greppdelen (5d), kännetecknad av att kopplingen (1) vidare innefattar: två tätningsringar (6), åtskilt anordnade inuti den tredje delen (3c) av kaviteten (3), och åtminstone en stödring (7), anordnad inuti den tredje delen (3c) avkaviteten (3) mellan tätningsringarna (6), varvid en övergång mellan den tredje delen (3c) och den andra delen (3b) av kaviteten är anordnad som en radiellt inåt utskjutande klack (8), vilken fungerar som ett stopp för den innersta tätningsringen (6), varvid stödringens (7) bredd i axiell riktning är anpassad så att de två tätningsringarna (6) och stödringen (7) passar mellan klacken (8) och den avsmalnande fjärde delen (3d) av kaviteten (3) utan att tätningsringarna (6) trycks ihop radiellt inåt, tvärs den axiella riktningen, när de inte utsätts för fluidtryck, varvid en innerdiameter av de två tätningsringarna (6) huvudsakligen motsvarar den cylindriska andra delen (3b) av kaviteten (3).
2. Koppling (1) enligt patentkrav 1, varvid en övergång mellan den första delen (3a) och den andra delen (3b) av kaviteten (3) är anordnad som ett stopp (9), anordnat att stoppa en axiell rörelse av ett rör när det förs in i kopplingen (1).
3. Koppling (1) enligt något av föregående patentkrav, varvid den femte delen (3e) av kaviteten (3) följs av en sjätte del (3f) med en femte innerdiameter (df) vilken är större än den fjärde innerdiametern (d4) hos halsdelen (4), varvid den sjätte delens (3f) längd huvudsakligen motsvarar en längd av omkretspartiet (5b) hos låshylsan (5).
4. Koppling (1) enligt patentkrav 3, varvid en ytterdiameter hos omkretspartiet (5b) hos låshylsan (5) huvudsakligen motsvarar den femte diametern (df) hos den sjätte delen (3f) av kaviteten (3).
5. Koppling (1) enligt något av föregående patentkrav, varvid en innerdiameter hos omkretspartiet (5b) och en innerdiameter mellan motsatta flexibla armar (5c) motsvarar huvudsakligen den andra cylindriska delen (3b) av kaviteten (3).
6. Koppling (1) enligt något av föregående patentkrav, varvid en ytterdiameter (5c) mellan motsatta flexibla armar motsvarar huvudsakligen den fjärde innerdiametern (d4) av halsdelen (4).
7. Koppling (1) enligt något av föregående patentkrav, varvid halsdelen (4) innefattar en kant (4c) vilken vetter mot den avsmalnande fjärde delen (3d).
8. Koppling (1) enligt något av föregående patentkrav, varvid kroppen (2) och låshylsan (5) är tillverkade av metall, företrädesvis mässing eller rostfritt stål.
9. En ventil innefattande en koppling (1) enligt något av föregående patentkrav.
