Claims (11)
1. Metod för framställning av biogas från ett obehandlat organiskt substrat ien anaerob rötningskammare (3), varvid nämnda obehandlade organiska substratethar en torrsubstanshalt i intervallet 20 till 90 % av den totala mängden fast ämne, varvid metoden innefattar stegen: förbehandling av det obehandlade organiska substratet för att bilda enuppslamning med en torrsubstanshalt i intervallet 8 till 19.9 % av den totalamängden fast ämne, matning av nämnda uppslamning till en rötningskammare (3); rötning av nämnda uppslamning i rötningskammaren (3) för att framställa biogas och en rötrest,kännetecknad av att en blandning av en utspädningsvätska och en flytande rötrest frän nämndarötningskammare (3) används i nämnda förbehandlingssteg för att späda ut detobehandlade organiska substratet, varvid den flytande rötresten är en luftad rötrest och varvid metodeninnefattar luftning av den flytande rötresten före införandet i förbehandlingssteget under en tidsperiod av minst 1 timme.
2. Metoden enligt krav 1, kännetecknad av att den flytande rötresten är enluftad rötrest, varvid metoden vidare innefattar luftning av den flytande rötresten i enluftningskammare (4) före införandet i förbehandlingssteget där rötresten luftas mednägon av gaserna valda bland luft, syre och kväve med ett flöde i intervallet 0.1 till100 m3 gas/ms vätska-h.
3. Metoden enligt krav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad av att viskositeten hos denluftade flytande rötresten minskar under luftningssteget jämfört med obehandladrötrest mätt i cP, genom luftning.
4. Metoden enligt något av föregående krav, varvid den flytande rötrestenersätter minst 5 % av utspädningsvätskan jämfört med konventionella metoder, eller minst 25 % av utspädningsvätskan, eller minst 50 % av utspädningsvätskan.
