Abstract

The present invention relates to an arrangement (A) for facilitating accessing battery units (B1, B2) in a vehicle (V). The arrangement (A) comprises a battery shelf (10) for supporting the battery units (B1, B2). The battery shelf (10) is arranged in connection to the vehicle body of the vehicle (V). The battery shelf (10) is pivotable in a plane extending in the longitudinal and transversal direction of the vehicle (V) between a vehicle operation position (P1) in which the battery shelf (10) is housed in the vehicle body (VB) and a maintenance position (Pm) in which the battery shelf (10) is swung out from the vehicle body (VB) so as to facilitate accessing the battery units (B1, B2). The arrangement (A) further comprises a swingable lever arm (30) configured to be engaged with the battery shelf (10) when the battery shelf (10) is in the vehicle operation position (P1) and configured to move the battery shelf (10) out of the vehicle operation position (P1) and to position the battery shelf (10) back into the vehicle operation position (P1).The present invention also relates to a vehicle.
