A lighting device (1), comprises a lamp stand (2) and a lighting unit (3). The lighting unit (3) comprises a shade (4) and a socket (5), which is adapted to receive a lighting element, wherein the lighting unit (3) is adapted to be reversibly fixed to the lamp stand (2).
