The recess 39 and the cushion 35 are so shaped and dimensioned that the concave surface 44 of the cushion constitutes a continuation of the saving edge, so. that the depth of the savings remains constant. A part: of the pad, which part protrudes from the concave surface 44, has a side surface, which forms one side of the groove. This side surface extends at one edge 46 of the pad radially or perpendicularly towards the concave surface 44 but over & towards the opposite edge 47 of the pad in an inclined surface 48, which is water against the abutment element 17 'and surface 37 and projects over a part of the width of the groove.
