Abstract

A section (7) intended for use as a horizontal support element in a balcony glazing, comprising at least one upper channel (13), in which channel water, such as rainwater or condensate, can accumulate, and a lower channel (15), which can receive water accumulated in said at least one upper channel (13). The section further comprises an end termination device (21) arranged at an end of the section (7). The end termination device (21) comprises an upper bypass (23) which connects said at least one upper channel (13) with the lower channel (15).
