Abstract

A vehicle lamp comprising a lamp housing (4) having an opening (5), a lens (6) secured to the opening (5) for closing the opening (5) and defining a space (7) in the lamp housing (4) in which space (7) a light source (8) is arranged. The lamp housing (4) is coated with a diffusion barrier for preventing moisture external to the lamp (3) to diffuse into the space (7).
