Abstract

There is provided mechanisms for estimating actual fuel consumption of a power generation unit. A method is performed by a controller. The method comprises determining an optimal load distribution between different power generation units. The method comprises estimating the actual fuel consumption for at least one of the power generation units based on the determined optimal load distribution. There is also provided a controller configured to perform such a method.(Fig. 4)
